A description of the experience

William Buhlman – The Secret of the Soul

Our knowledge of the vibrational process will help reduce our level of fear and expand our ability to get the most benefit out of our experiences. We have to remember that the intense vibrations and sounds are an essential element of the natural energy expansion process. On occasion when I experience a fear-based issue I remain as calm as possible and simply repeat an affirmation, such as " Now I separate from my body!" The most effective solution to vibration-state fear is to separate as quickly as possible. The faster we move from the physical body, the sooner the vibrational phenomena will cease. Unfortunately, many remain uninformed and  continue to linger in the vibrational state, and their fears become prolonged and magnified. The best approach is to train yourself, at the first sign of the vibrations, to spontaneously direct your complete attention away from your physical body.
