A description of the experience

Hours lazy and slow [Adapted from Book of Songs by Heinrich Heine]
First plane, then train, then tram, then -  at last!
Just a few days to wait and oh then I will meet him
The sweetest of men and soon I will greet him
Oh poor faithful heart why this beating so fast?

Oh, but the hours are so lazy and slow!
They stroll at their ease and sometimes they idle
Rolling and yawning, cross the clock face they sidle
Go faster you days and hours, faster,  go go!!

The days they drift by oh so slowly, so lazy
It is certain the hours were never lovers
They never knew passion underneath the covers
This longing for you dear is driving me crazy!!

The source of the experience

Heine, Heinrich
