Then I got my chest pain and passed out.  I don’t remember anything for a while and the next thing I remember I was hanging on the ceiling looking down on them working on my body… she [the nurse] put a needle in there and was shooting it into the IV.  Everything was there just like it always was there – the nightstand, the chair, everything I could think of.  It looked like he [the doctor] had one hand on my chest and he kept hitting it real hard.  I could see the bed moving up and down.  It [the cardiac monitor] wasn’t running at that time.  The red light was on and there was a line across.  Instead of running up and down like, there was just a line across.  It seems that whatever they had done got the monitor running again.  That’s when I got back in bed
