I want to tell you about my present life:

I have reached a sphere where everything is easier; I am less disturbed by many things that used to confuse me.  An oscillation of equanimity surrounds me.

My work is also more satisfying here because it is freer from your earthly influences. The difference is as day and night. The day is bright, the night dark, and now I am working as in daytime.

Also, I am removed from your petty worries since I ceased to partake in them, which used to torment me.  Naturally, every strong sentiment concerning myself penetrates to me, but I am less bothered by the hundreds of little troubles and thoughts. I can be of much greater value to you now as I have greater power to expend.  Communication with you is proceeding better also. This I Had to learn from the beginning.

I cannot dispose of myself as much from here as I could earlier. The transitions from level to level are hardly noticeable, less so than you would surmise. We barely feel the difference. Believe in me, please, you are my sole help and support. Therefore believe it is I, Sigwart, who loves you all.
