We have no idea whether the results are accurate, but this appeared on the Internet and as such it is worthwhile knowing this is the sort of misuse made of cosmetics and the sort of truly stupid advice being given.

Shamboiling, or bubbling, is the process of boiling shampoo and inhaling the fumes. An active ingredient in most shampoos, Ammonium Laureth Sulfate, causes mild hallucinations, retrograde amnesia, and euphoria when it reaches its boiling point
