"If I told you that on December 24, 1942, when the Russian armies had their backs to the wall in Stalingrad, this man [Romano] predicted the remarkable victories which followed two months later, practically giving me the precise dates when the victories would take place and when they would be announced, would you believe me?
I would not expect you to believe me at all. Yet the fact is that on that day I told other people of his prediction, and everyone laughed about it. Yet subsequently, as is now history, those victories did take place, and the German armies were smashed.
