Common steps and sub-activities

Obtaining spiritual experience - the subconscious

The table below with all its links, describes all the activities that can be used to deal with the subconscious mind in order to obtain a spiritual experience.  The video provides an overview of what we are trying to achieve.

You can overload [O] these parts of the mind so that the functions give up, or by deliberately doing things which serve to suppress [S] the activity.  Suppress does not mean repression -  it means to produce calm, peace, and positive feelings.  Only deliberate activities are shown here – actions.  There are other activities [events] that may accidentally achieve the same thing.

Combinations may be needed.  Thus every person can choose a set of actions suited to them.  The more desirous and egotistical the harder you may need to be with yourself.  The soft, gentle, timid, young and unsure should NEVER use overload [but see also note 6].

Please treat the table as a guide only, it should be clear that how each activity is tackled will have a bearing on results.

* Operates at the level of the conscious [see conscious]

** The effects differ depending on the frequency of current and the placing and size of organs in your head and body

$ Although the appearance is given of little effect in the chart, these activities are key to success

Note 1 - there is an argument that the letting go that is involved in true faith, the relinquishing of control to a higher power than yourself and the transcendent feeling it produces is exceptionally positive in producing an experience.

Note 2 - chelation agents are healing agents and thus minimise illness of the autonomic or nervous system

Note 3 - As long as the place you have chosen is simply beautiful and restful, then it is likely that there will be positive effects on the 5 senses and nervous system too.

Note 4 - Coverage of all inputs is possible but it depends on which method within this category is used

Note 5 - Works at the level of the conscious mind, but has a positive effect on emotions, as by not hurting one can give and receive love

Note 6 - Positive overload results.  All subconscious inputs can be affected, but it depends on the methods used. This is one overload based activity that is OK for the timid and the bumptious

Note 7 - Works at the level of the conscious mind [and is essential] but it can have a positive effect on the emotions as it takes away fear, obsession and other negative emotions

Note 8 - Music can heal - there is even a discipline called music therapy, as such music affects the entire subconscious
